Role Overview
Lead the architecture and implementation of our enterprise client interfaces. You will be responsible for building high-performance, pixel-perfect UI systems that handle massive real-time data streams without dropping frames.
What You Will Build
- Architect and build highly interactive, responsive web applications using Next.js and React.
- Implement complex micro-animations and state transitions using Framer Motion.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect components.
- Optimize application performance to ensure 60fps rendering even with heavy DOM manipulation.
- Establish frontend testing standards and CI/CD pipelines for UI deployments.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React Server Components and Next.js App Router.
- Proven ability to build custom, complex animations (Framer Motion experience highly preferred).
- Strong grasp of CSS architecture, specifically Tailwind CSS.
- Experience optimizing Web Vitals and frontend performance bottlenecks.
